In Office Surgical Procedures:

Varicose Vein Closure
F or the elimination of pain and swelling caused by varicose veins. This new procedure replaces the outdated method of removing varicose veins called "vein stripping". The old fashioned vein stripping procedure was costly and painful. It required several weeks of painful recovery time. The new "Closure" procedure for the treatment of varicose veins is done in the office with very little down time for the patient. Normal activities can be resumed the next day. This procedure, unlike the outdated vein stripping procedure, is covered by most insurance plans.
